Missy, revered as one of New York State's finest athletes, transitioned from a stellar basketball career at Duke University to professional play in Germany and a decorated coaching tenure. Inducted into seven Hall of Fames, including the National High School Hall of Fame in 2017, she now inspires audiences nationwide as a sought-after speaker, sharing transformative messages of resilience and empowerment. Through her personal journey overcoming adversity, including battling a rare autoimmune disease, Missy embodies the essence of courage and determination, co-directing the Beyond the Game Academy with Colleen to instill life skills through sports.

Colleen made history as UCONN Women’s Basketball's first walk-on awarded a full scholarship by Geno Auriemma, leading to a stellar 20+ year career in Digital Healthcare, earning top sales honors at WebMD/Medscape and Vice President’s Club recognition at Merck & Co, Inc. Recognized as an inclusive business development leader and captivating speaker, Colleen ignites teams with innovative approaches, reshaping professional relationships and inspiring success.
